Gravitas Finance LLC operates under Mauritius Financial Services Commission authorisation, with business address at Unit 12, Socota Phoenicia, Sayed Hossen Road, Solferino, Phoenix, Mauritius. Veri Platform, Veri Group and Veri Global are brands and branded products provided by and through Gravitas Finance LLC.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will comply with all applicable data protection laws, using the Mauritian General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) as our standard.

What We Collect

• Spouse or beneficiary information where relevant
• Investment preferences and risk profile
• Anti-Money Laundering documentation, including copies of passport or other ID and proof of address

Why We Need It

How We Obtain It

As Veri Group only deals with regulated adviser firms, personal data we receive will either be provided to us by your appointed adviser firm, or by you directly. Data may arrive via post, email, telephone, or secure online portals.

What We Do With It

Your data is processed by authorised staff in Mauritius. Third parties are granted access only where required by law or for the fulfilment of contractual obligations — including advisers and investment providers. Some third parties may require your personal data to be transferred to, processed and stored at, a destination outside of Mauritius. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are applied.

How Long We Keep It

• Account holders: Data is retained for a minimum of six years after account closure.
• Prospective holders: If no contract is established, data is destroyed within three months.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request confirmation of whether we hold data about you and access that data within one month
• Receive your data in a structured, electronic format (data portability)
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data under certain circumstances
