Setting up FAQs

What documents are required to open an account?

Individual and joint accounts require a completed Application Form, proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Corporate and trust accounts have additional requirements — see the VPF Literature Downloads for full forms.

What is the minimum investment amount?

The minimum initial investment is $10,000 USD (VPS and VPF accounts). Top-up contributions have a minimum of $2,500.

What currencies are supported?

All fees are charged in USD. Multi-currency accounts are supported, with FX conversion at mid-market rates. An FX charge of up to 1% applies on currency exchanges.

Can multiple people share an account?

Yes. The VPF supports up to 4 named account holders with joint ownership. Estate continuity is built in — the account does not force liquidation on the death of a member.

How is the MPS (Managed Portfolio Service) set up?

An asset manager designs a portfolio, assigns weightings, a strategy, and risk profile. Veri configures the model — when the AM updates their allocation, all linked client accounts automatically rebalance. No seeding capital is required to launch.
